How do I know if my bid has been put through successfully?
All notifications regarding the auction will be answered via an email from firstname.lastname@example.org . Please make sure you check your junk emails and/or add us to your non-blocked/safe sender list
Will I be notified if I placed a bid, and my automated maximum bid has kicked in?
Will I be notified if I am going to lose out on an item because someone bid higher, or my maximum bidding amount was not enough to place the next higher bid?
Will I be notified if even though I have signed up for an automated max bid on a particular item, someone else has also placed a similar max bid amount?
How will I know if I have won the item I was bidding on? How will I be notified if I win?
Will I be notified if my winning bid is cancelled due to the payment process was not initiated or completed properly?
Will I be notified if I am the runner up on an item and if the winning bidder doesn’t comply with the auction terms and conditions, I will then be next to get the item?
How will it be shipped to me?
All will be sent by standard post.
Are there extra costs for taxes and/or shipping?
The winning bid includes all taxes, shipping and handling.
When I pay, how will it show up as payment to whom?
The amount of your winning bid will show up on your credit card statement as The Coop.
Will there be future ensembles up for auction?
